1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the six6e website, mobile browser interface, and any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). They apply to all users who access, browse, register, deposit, bet, or otherwise interact with the six6e Platform. By using six6e in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the six6e Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

By registering an account with six6e, you warrant and represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and of your own free will;
• You are not acting on behalf of any person who is legally prohibited from using online gaming services;
• You have considered the applicable laws in your jurisdiction and take full personal responsibility for determining the legality of your use of the six6e Platform in your specific location.

six6e does not provide legal advice. Players are solely responsible for ascertaining whether online gaming activity is lawful in their jurisdiction. six6e expressly excludes all liability arising from a player's failure to comply with applicable local laws.

3. Account Registration

To access betting, casino games, and slots on six6e, you must create a registered account. You agree to the following conditions at the point of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of any balances held and permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and the Pakistani mobile number to be associated with your account.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your six6e login credentials. six6e will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login details.
• You must notify six6e immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.
• six6e reserves the right to verify your identity at any point using KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures, which may include requesting a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or other government-issued identification.

4. Deposits & Payments

six6e accepts PKR deposits through a range of Pakistan-friendly payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT TRC20. The following conditions apply to all deposits made on the six6e Platform:

• All deposits are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified in the payment method details.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Please refer to the six6e Cashier for current minimums applicable to your chosen method.
• six6e does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits. Third-party fees charged by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or network operator remain your responsibility.
• Deposits using payment methods not in your own name are not permitted. six6e reserves the right to void transactions and suspend accounts where third-party funding is detected.
• six6e reserves the right to request source-of-funds verification for large or irregular deposit activity.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Players who have not verified their identity by submitting a valid CNIC will have withdrawal requests held pending verification.
• Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. six6e may, at its discretion, route withdrawals through an alternative supported method where the original deposit channel is unavailable.
• Processing times vary by method: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically process within 1–8 hours; bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• Any bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before satisfying wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of those bonus amounts.
• six6e reserves the right to request additional verification documents before releasing withdrawals above certain thresholds.

6. Betting Rules

All sports betting and casino game play on six6e is subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. six6e does not accept bet cancellation requests after a bet has been placed and accepted by the Platform except where expressly permitted under specific sporting event rules.
• Odds displayed on the six6e sportsbook are subject to change until the moment a bet is placed and accepted. The odds at the time of acceptance are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In the event of a verified technical error affecting odds or game outcomes, six6e reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are visible within the bet slip before confirmation.
• Suspicious betting patterns, including matched betting, arbitrage, or use of automated betting software, are prohibited and may result in bet voiding and account suspension.
• PSL and international cricket markets are subject to the specific cricket betting rules published in the six6e sports rules section.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by six6e are subject to specific terms attached to each individual promotion. General bonus conditions include:

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are applicable to eligible accounts only. New player welcome bonuses are available to first-time registered accounts using a new Pakistani mobile number not previously associated with any six6e account.
• six6e reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus structures, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim offers more than once, will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

8. Responsible Gaming

six6e operates under a zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling. All accounts showing evidence of access by a person under 18 years of age will be closed immediately. six6e requires all players to engage with the Platform in a responsible manner and encourages players to set personal limits that align with their financial circumstances. Gaming should be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the six6e Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all pending bets, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Use of the Platform by any person under 18 years of age;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information;
• Collusion with other players to influence game or bet outcomes;
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform;
• Money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the six6e account or payment infrastructure;
• Attempting to exploit software errors, vulnerabilities, or calculation mistakes to gain an unfair advantage;
• Any conduct that threatens, harasses, or abuses six6e staff or other users.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the six6e Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, data compilations, and software, is the intellectual property of six6e or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any six6e Platform content without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, six6e, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of profits. The six6e Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. six6e does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Account Termination

six6e reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where a player has breached any provision of these Terms, where fraudulent activity is suspected, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction. Players may also close their own accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting six6e support. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in the account after deduction of applicable bonus amounts will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

13. Amendments to These Terms

six6e reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the six6e Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders via the contact details on file.
